Gastronomie
De chef-kok is László Ruprecht, die al bekend staat om zijn mangalica- en kapoengerechten, een masterchef die traditionele gerechten in een modern jasje steekt. Het Pannonia-schip heeft de restaurants van SVÉT (Stylish Provincial Restaurants) te gast gehad en enkele bekroonde chef-koks en hun gerechten worden van maand tot maand aan boord gepresenteerd.

The food was amazing. Some of the courses I liked more than others, but each course had its own uniqueness and marvelous presentation. The boat was antique and well maintained. The staff was attentive and the wine was paired excellently. Would book this again. Fine dinning meal with impressive views of the buildings that lay along the Danube river. The staff is knowledgeable of the buildings too! .. and welcomed questions.

An absolutely fabulous meal. The quality and flavours of the food were amazing and the staff explained the courses and accompanying wines. On top of the excellent food and wine was the beauty of Budapest at night going past outside the window. Highly recommended!
