Ga ten minste 45 minuten vóór uw ochtendvlucht op eigen gelegenheid naar Atlantis op Palm Jumeirah — de palmboomvormige archipel in Dubai. Check in en luister naar een korte veiligheidsbriefing.

Volg uw piloot naar het heliplatform en ontspan in uw stoel (naast de piloot of in een rij met vier stoelen achterin) terwijl u opstijgt naar het luchtruim boven Dubai. Met het iconische Palm Jumeirah en de zee aan de ene kant kijkt u uit over de stad terwijl u langs de slanke hoogbouw glijdt die de stedelijke skyline van Dubai vormt.

Zweef boven de binnenstad van Dubai en bewonder de Burj Khalifa, een van de hoogste gebouwen ter wereld. Kijk neer op het luxueuze zeilvormige Burj Al-Arab hotel en kijk uw ogen uit op de zandstranden die de bruisende straten van de stad omlijsten. Uw piloot wijst u op bezienswaardigheden terwijl u die passeert zodat u niets mist! Cirkel rond The World, een van Dubais meest ambitieuze onroerendgoedprojecten, en zet weer voet aan de grond bij Palm Jumeirah waar uw avontuur eindigt.

Voor uw woestijnsafari wordt u opgehaald bij uw hotel in een 4x4 en gaat u diep de woestijn in, net buiten de stad. Dit weidse woestijnlandschap, dor maar toch betoverend, bestaat uit glooiende duinen en woestijncanyons die met gemak bedwongen kunnen worden in uw 4x4.

Na een spannende rit door de woestijnduinen reist u naar een bedoeïenenkamp waar u uitstapt om te genieten van een avond vol traditionele Emirati activiteiten. Maak een ritje door het kamp op een kameel om uw evenwicht te testen op de rug van deze gebochelde herbivoren, kijk hoe een artiest een hennatatoeage bij u aanbrengt en rook een shisha (waterpijp), als u dat wilt.

U kunt zelf iets te eten halen van de barbecue (zie het reisplan voor een voorbeeldmenu) en ga vervolgens lekker in het zand zitten om naar buikdanseressen te kijken terwijl de zon ondergaat achter de duinen. Na de show gaat u met uw gids terug naar de 4x4 en wordt u teruggebracht naar uw hotel in Dubai.

The helicopter flight was an incredible experience worthy of 6 stars! The operations and crew were beyond reproach and made us feel appreciated and safe at all times. This is a definite must do when visiting Dubai. As for the desert 4x4 camp experience this is where the opposite was true. After being picked-up at our hotel the first stop was a complete tourist-trap which resembled a mini carnival with food/souvenirs and guests were required to pay an additional fee to ride ATVs. The next stop was a sand dune ride. Unfortunately our driver was very unsafe and borderline reckless. So much so, this experience could have easily turned to a disaster. Finally, the barbecue was enjoyable but nothing to make-up for the ride there. Certainly take the helicopter flight and skip the desert 4x4 experience!

Missed my helicopter flight but the desert safari was great. They asked to reschedule the flight for me but the day that was available, i had to go to Abu Dhabi and they cant come up with another time for me.This is my first time in Dubai and for a new person, it will be a bit hard locating the helipad. Plus it will really be great if you guys reminded people of their tours a day or a few hours to the beginning of the tour. Most other tour companies do that but you guys dont. That was why i missed my flight. I booked the flight like 2 months before and totally forgot i had the flight. Remembered about it late and got to the helipad a few minutes late. Please you guys should develop reminders to remind individuals about their tour. That is really a wasted $232 in my opinion. this is messed up

The best tour combo ever if you go to Dubai! The views are beyond words and the desert safari was so much fun! The only little thing you have to be aware of is that the hotel pickup service is only offered for the safari, not the helicopter tour so please plan ahead accordingly. 100 recommended!
