When I and my Spouse get there, they did not let us access to the park because we weren't on their system, we spend more that 1 hr waiting in the phone for someone from viator to revise and advise to them. At the end the viator's adviser talk to them and they let us in. To be honest don't buy it go directly to the place and get your ticket there.
