The weather across all destinations at this time of year was fantastic. Sunny skies, cool breezes and vibrant nightlife. An amazing and worthwhile visit to the oldest English castle. The Queens weekend home is surrounded by beautiful sights and sounds. To view the best of the castle at least a half day trip is recommended. Apart from the experience of the Castle, take a stroll along the 4km long walk path and also enjoy some sunshine with the swans at River Thames. Stonehenge is an archeological wonder. Great picture moments with guided commentary across the circular route of the stones. If you love history and want to see a world wonder, you have to see Stonehenge. Other than Stonehenge, therr are other views, so prepare a longer trip if you would like to see these. Oxford waking tour is an interesting experience into the history and architecture that is very picturesque. The city is vibrant and if you have time an overnight stay would be recommended. Patty from the tour company was an excellent guide who is well versed in the history and stories of these locations. She has great insight on the best on site views

This was a long day trip but we had a great tour guide who knew the history. Made the whole trip fun and we knew what to expect. The castle outdoors was beautiful. We got there early, had to wait a bit but we were one of the first two groups. When it opened we had choice to roam around before it got really crowded and the long lines started. After this trip, we went to stonehenge. It was an awesome site. Again we got there before the crowd so we got to take some great pictures without a lot of people. It was a beautiful day as well, nice breeze, lovely place. Oxford walk around tour was nice with the guide telling us interesting things about the area. We had some time to go and grab some food and look around the area too. We didn't have lot of time but we got a chance to see the major stuff.

Evan Evans Tour Company - Tour Guides : Eldon and Steve We booked this tour based on the good reviews it had and we regretted it. Based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We booked this tour for 3 - my husband, me and my MIL.We knew that the locations in this tour were not next to one another so if we had to visit all 3 in a day it would be rushed. So the tour itself being a little rushed wouldn't have come across as a surprise for us.However it was way more rushed than what we expected. Our Windsor castle entry ticket was so wasted as we couldn't even see 25% of the castle. One hour is all the time you had at the castle although they say its 90 mins, its not really 90 mins as you have to include the time you have to make your way back to bus after grabbing lunch and probably using the toilets. The reason for my bad rating here is not because it was rushed (i am ok dismissing it) but rather the tour guides were rude.If you travel with kids or senior citizens please refrain from this tour. However active a 70 year old is they cannot be treated equal to a teenager or adults in their 20's/30's.At the Windsor castle we ended up reaching our bus 10 mins later than everyone else as my MIL couldn't walk any faster. Now I do agree it was our mistake that we arrived 10 mins late and the rest were waiting for us.In a guided tour this is unacceptable to many. When we reached the bus the guide was upset with us I explained to her on why we got late and she said the everyone is waiting and you should have planned your way back early.I agree everyone was waiting it was not ok on our part to arrive 10 mins late and i said "Sorry" but she repeated again saying everyone is waiting and to which I said my MIL is almost there. Please note my husband did arrive on time and informed earlier that we were on our way and delayed by few mins. When she repeated the 3rd time at that point I said "You can't expect my MIL to fly she is 70 please be little reasonable" I think me saying this irked her and we had a small argument at which point she called her driver out for sorting the situation. The Driver got off the bus and used a very condescending tone making it unpleasant.I just said Sorry again (god knows for what) and went in. It was pointless to even speak. My complaint is you are a tour company and you may always have something unplanned and cause a small delay.I am not justifying us coming late by 10 mins but the tour guides needn't have been rude despite us apologizing.

In General, it was a very interesting excursion. Our expectations were completely fulfilled in Windsor and Oxford. Stonehenge, as a tourist attraction, was a bit boring. (except our guide - Phil, who was very professional, intelligent and charming during the whole trip). Our Guide Phil was, without doubts, the best experience during the trip. Our rating to Phil is 10 out of 10. (or "A*" in a British way :).

We were late at Victoria Coach Station for the trip at 8 a.m. on 9 December 2018. When we arrived at the Victoria Coach Station, the coach had already left. Thankfully, we met a beautiful bespectacled young lady called Nadine from Evans and Evans (if I got her name correct) who went out of her way to help my family to get alternative transport to Windsor Castle to meet the coach so that we could rejoin the rest and continue with the trip. Yes, we managed to arrive in time to meet the guide, Godfrey. Honestly, without Nadine who went out of her way to help us, we would have had missed the trip. Nadine was not only helpful, she did with a warm smile and walked with us to the road and waited with us in the rain for the transport from Addison Lee. Thank you Nadine, for your patience and very kind act. Kudos to you! We deeply appreciate and you made our day!

Ugh...this tour is a bit of a drag...most of it comes from the long, LONG bus rides in between destinations. On our particular day, the bus was super-hot, and super-packed which didn't help matters much. There's also no real need to try to squeeze Oxford into this tour. It adds so much extra time to the tour, and Oxford just wasn't that exciting of a place to visit. If you hate being jammed in a bus for multiple hours and, after this trip, I REALLY hate long bus rides, then this is probably not the right tour for you.

We enjoyed the tour and Monica, our tour guide, but perhaps it is a bit much for one day. We hardly had any time at Oxford (barely enough time on our own to find the loo). Six to seven hours were spent on the bus travel so the touring was brief. We did get some good nap time in on the bus, however.

Great sites! I only wish we had more tie in each location. Multi-stop tours with Viator tend to be VERY rushed.

When we arrived at Stonehenge we were given one hour to complete our tour which included taking a shuttle to the site, listening to the tape presentation, taking shuttle back to gift shop, and walking through gift shop back to bus parking lot. The shuttles took over 20 minutes, getting through the gift shop took 5 min, which left 35 min for listening to the tape at Stonehenge. We rushed through the tape and got to the parking lot 5 to 10 min late and saw our bus backing out. We waved at the bus as it passed us but it didn't stop. There was another Evans and Evans bus still in the parking lot, which gave us a ride for the remainder of the tour. However, we has left a backpack and book on the original bus which we needed to get back. We discovered the bus drivers or tour guides on both buses had no way to communicate, and the guide on our second bus was unwilling to call the office to help us get our belongings because a call would be too expensive. When we got back to our hotel I called the contact number I had for Evans and Evans from Viator. I reached a manager named VJ, and he arranged for the bus driver from our bus 284 to bring our stuff to the Evans and Evans office at the Victoria Coach Station by 8:30 AM the next morning. I arrived at the Station a 7:30 AM to make sure I got our backpack and book as soon as possible, because we had a taxi taking us to the airport at 10:30 AM for our flight back to DFW. Unfortunately to bus driver forgot to bring our stuff. I suggested to VJ that he have a taxi take our stuff to our hotel near Marble Arch, which he agreed to. We delayed our taxi pickup by 2 hours and received our belongings 30 minutes before the taxi arrived. The tour guide, Mike Godfrey, did not give us adequate time to see Stonehenge using the recordings we were given. As we left the gift shop where we had no time to look at anything, we saw Mike walking about 200 feet in front of us, and we tried to walk faster to catch him. When we got to the parking lot we saw our bus pulling out and we waved at it as it passed by us. As previously mentioned they did not stop. The lack of communication between the 2 tour buses and between our bus and the office was shocking and potentially dangerous in the case of a emergency. None of the bus drivers or tour guides seemed interested in helping us get our stuff back. Only when I called VJ did I get any help. Again the bus driver failed to bring our stuff back to the station as promised

The trip was paid to be in Spanish exclusively, however it was all spoken in English loudly on the bus and the headset that broke down on the way and there was no one else to replace it was the only way I could hear it in Spanish, I did not hear anything she spoke because English was loud and Spanish was low volume, that was awful.
