Na een ontmoeting in de ochtend of middag, zal een Engels sprekende officiële gids je leiden naar Milaan en zijn interessante en beroemde bezienswaardigheden, zoals bekende meesterwerken van Leonardo da Vinci, en de kerk van Santa Maria delle Grazie. Deze belangrijke muurschildering van de renaissancekunst is zo delicaat dat de toegang ervan strikt beperkt is tot een klein aantal bezoekers voor slechts 15 minuten.
Een andere must-see attractie van de stad is het kasteel Sforza, een fort dat zowel werd gebruikt als een militaire basis en een residentie van de hertogen van Milaan die de Renaissance in het hertogdom van Milaan bracht. Tegenwoordig herbergt het verschillende openbare musea.
De tour gaat verder naar Piazza dei Mercanti, en je zult het middeleeuwse hart van de stad bewonderen, weggestopt van de drukke straten. Het Scala-theater, gebouwd in 1776 en gelegen aan de Piazza della Scala, is niet alleen een monument, maar een echte tempel van muziek en Italiaanse geschiedenis en cultuur.
Je komt ook in de majestueuze Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, een schat van negentiende-eeuwse techniek, meer dan een gebouw, het is een echt symbool van Italiaanse excellentie. En, last but not least, je bereikt de Duomo, de op twee na grootste kathedraal van Europa, die elk jaar door meer dan 5 miljoen toeristen wordt bezocht.

We did the Essential Milan Tour on July 23rd with Bea. What a treat! The tour was well organized and hit all of the key sites. But most impressive was our guide, Bea, who not only was a WEALTH of knowledge but whose passion for her city and its history made this tour extra special. We travel often and do walking tours in almost every city we visit and Bea was among the *very* best guides we've ever had. Thank you, Bea!

The tour was well organised but what made it extraordinary was the guide's deep and insightful knowledge of the history of the sites. Ask for Ludovic you won't regret it. Highly recommend.

Guide was very knowledgeable about the art and history of Milan. Tickets were provided for The Last Supper Only. She did give advice on where and how to obtain tickets for other attractions.

This walking tour of Milan was a great way to hit the highlights of the city with an excellent and very informative tour guide, Christina. She was pleasant, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different sites. The Duomo and Galleria were certainly special with the entrance to see The Last Supper in the monastery the last stop. Christina provided vivid details about the painting and the different nuances that made the site that much more inspiring. Overall great way to see Milan and of course, The Last Supper.

Our guide, Christina, was excellent at describing all the highlights, as well as filling in with Milan's history and development. If possible this tour should be taken at the beginning of your visit because she did a good job orienting you to the city. The grand finale of our tour was the last supper. She tried, but nothing really prepares you for the impact of this glorious treasure! I highly recommend.

Our Guide Beatrice was fantastic. Very well educated on all the sites we saw as well as on all the general history and other questions that my very curious sons threw out at her. She was also very responsive. When told that we had already been to the Duomo she modified the tour on the fly and took us to see a fantastic gem of a church that we would have never seen otherwise: San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore.. It was just amazing.
