This activity is at a sailing center located near the Mandwa Jetty in Mandwa. From you starting destination, take a ferry or a speedboat across the harbor to the Mandwa Jetty (tickets not included). Once you reach the center, our highly qualified world class instructors will help you to discover the joy of sailing. They will brief you on safety and the Do's and Dont's. The windsurfs used for this activity are Neil Pryde Windsurfs, whose versatile design provides a great platform for leisure or racing. They are designed to withstand the most extreme riding conditions and the test of time.

The departure time is flexible and you can begin at any time between 11am to 5pm. The instructors are qualified to handle beginners. This is a 2.5 hour experience where you will learn the basics of windsurfing, such as how to set up a windsurf and how to confidently windsurf within beach limits.

The windsurfs have been selected with an aim of ease of learning and enjoyment perspective, thus enhancing the entire experience for you and your family. This activity will begin at the Gateway of India where you will take a ferry to our center in Mandwa, and end at the sailing center where you will be able to take a ferry back to the Gateway of India

Our Instructors are RYA Certified instructors with a passion to teach windsurfing. The windsurfs used for teaching are among the best brands for learning to windsurf. They are safe and enjoyable to use.
Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult
Please wear clothes that are easy to sail in (light trousers, shorts, capri pants, etc.) Avoid tight and uncomfortable clothing. A cap and sunglasses are recommended.
Please Bring:
A change of clothes (1 or 2 sets) including undergarments as you may get wet.
Footwear that you can get wet in as you will have to step into the water with your footwear on. Ideal footwear is comfortable with a good grip (ex: crocs, floaters, open sandals with straps). Please do not wear high heels.
Your personal medication, if you need it
Extra sunscreen, should you have a preferred brand
