Brandon was an excellent guid . See sight tours is accommodating for pick up and drop off. It was nice to have only 6 people total on our grou . Best way to see Niagara, everything is already set up and it was a lot of fun

You cannot beat the service of this tour. My husband and I were in a van with two other couples, picked up at the front door of our hotel, taken to the front of the line with no parking, no waiting in line. So smooth and easy. If we trued to navigate the parking and crowds on our own it would have taken the entire day, Kaitlain was the best! Be sure to tip your driver well, they deserve it :)

We were given a pick up time between 8-30 -8-40 driver arrived on time.A lovely bubbly young lady called Kaitlyn was our driver, vehicle was clean..Kaitlyn informed us of what our day entailed ,she had an extensive knowledge of the Niagara Falls area and places of interest.should we need to know anything she was more than happy to share her knowledge.We would definetly recommend the tour/company.

This was an effortless tour for us. Picked up at the hotel and driven from venue to venue, we happily saw much more than on our own. Our guide Jaquine was well informed, funny and kind. Recommend it to anyone! Great value.

The trip was great. Started with a visit to Skylon Tower, which gave a great 360 view of Niagara Falls and surrounding area. We then visited Behind the Falls. Avoided a huge line!!! Then we took a boat ride to the falls. Took Tori's suggestion on where to stand. Highlight of the day for sure. Tori then drove us around the area and dropped us off at a restaurant. It was an all around great day and I highly recommend the package.

This is a perfect trip to for those who want to pack the most into a 1-day deal. Samara was a very hospitable and pleasant host. Pickup/dropoff at the front door of our hotel. Features we really liked: --small group. it was us (2) plus 5 other guests. not a big unwieldy group. --the van was new, clean, and comfortable. the driver was conscientious and fun to talk to -- good at answering questions, but also not 'game show host' if that makes sense...just a normal person who knows the area/history. --pickup time was at 3pm, right on time. all three attractions, and back at our hotel by about 7pm...plenty of time to clean up, get dinner, and enjoy the evening. --by using the tour, everything is taken care of, and our guide was able to by-pass us thru the queues...no standing in line for more than 2-3 minutes at any of the attractions. other notes: --no need to bring snacks etc. it's only about a 4 hour deal. --wear shoes you wont mind getting wet, but we did not get drenched, even on the boat. --on the boat, front-right of the lower deck is best IMO. you will get wet, but not soaked. but make sure to bring a waterproof cover for your phone/camera if you want to video the whole ride. this is the trip i would book if i were goign back.

1st time our family of 4 visiting the falls. Tour was definitely worth the $$$ - Vinnie shared a lot of history, my teenage girls were disappointed when they closed the Hornblower Cruise due to elevator repair but we were able to get our tickets and go the next morning before we left. Thank goodness bcs it was the best part!! Will definitely use again on future trips.

This was a great tour for us. The driver gave us lots of good history about the area and the sites we were seeing. You do the three sites: Skylon tower, Journey behind the falls, and the Hornblower Cruise. No complaints! You are driven around the area. The only change I would say is that instead of just driving by the floral clock we would have a few minutes to take a picture. With a small group, I don't think it would take that long. There isn't to much else by it.

This is an awesome tour. Just a few people in a minivan with a guide. You get driven to the best attractions with a knowledgeable tour guide. No waiting in line for tickets. You can see all the highlights of Niagara Falls like you are traveling in "first class." Even when the boats had to temporarily stop due to high water, they immediately redirected to a different excursion.

Package included all the main things to see in Niagara Falls, Canada. Guide (Venny) was very informative and gave us good tips on where to go. Very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Our tour guide was very informative and friendly. He gave us tickets to Skylon that allowed us to come bsck if we wanted to if we were unhappy due to the weather conditions. This tour package is well worth it especially in the am as we seem to always just be ahead of the crowds.

Didn't have a lot of time, so this 1/2 day tour was perfect for us. Brandon was super nice and very informative. I loved his passion for his city!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the dialogue and sightseeing tour, primarily because of the guide and driver (Claire). Punctual, informative, and just a wealth of information that she passed along to the group. She got us to the head of the line, answered all our questions, and was really just simply super.

We had a most pleasant tour. The company was very accommodating in arranging for all of us to be together in one group at the last minute. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. It was great not to have to negotiate traffic or lines at the various stops. We will definitely recommend this tour to others.

This was an excellent tour and our tour guide John was awesome. It is worth the money. I would highly recommend this cruise for everyone.

Very nice. Definitely the way to see and enjoy the key places of the area. No waiting in lines, no hassle of waiting in lines to purchase tickets and ample time at each of the three sites. Transportation was a mini van which comfortably could hold 5 adults. Unfortunately there were 6 adults on this tour and the people in the back of the van were not so comfortable. If there were children as some of the 6 people it would have been an okay fit. The driver/tour director was a very pleasant young gentleman named Robbie who was prompt, polite and very accommodating. Price of tour included the entry fees for the three attractions. Best part is you do not have to hassle with where to park your car, driving in the traffic and you get to actually enjoy the area. The door to door service makes it perfect. Highly recommend this option if limited time in Niagara Falls, Canada.

This was a great tour, from the guide who was able to give us background and historic info on Niagara Falls, and the fact that it was a 'personal' tour, only 6 people, and where to position ourselves on the Hornblower cruise. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
