Met deze open dubbeldekker kunt u zo vaak in- en uitstappen als u maar wilt. Er zijn 17 haltes en de hele route duurt ongeveer 90 minuten. De bus vertrekt bij elke halte om de 30 minuten. De tickets zijn 24 uur geldig.
Oslo, de oudste en zonnigste van de Scandinavische hoofdsteden, werd opgericht door Harald Hadrade in de 11e eeuw en wordt omgeven door bergen aan het uiteinde van een 100 kilometer lange fjord. Bezoek Akershus Festning (vesting), of stap in de schoenen van een echte Viking in het Vikingschipmuseum.

- Cruise guests who are arriving into Oslo will be able to board the City Sightseeing Buses directly outside of the cruise terminal. Stop 14 along the route, is located at the Oslo Cruise Ship Terminal departures.

Not very well organised buses chaotic. Too many people and not enough buses. Tickets not checked and people boarding at rear entrance. Absolute shambles and waste of money.
The pick up location was right outside the cruise port building, so get tickets ahead so as not to wait in the queue for same-day purchase. The stops were in great locations to the main tourist attractions (we went to the Viking Museum and Vigeland Park) so having this option available to us made our day in Oslo wonderful.
Hop-On Hop-Off tour was very convenient from Oslo cruise port terminal. The bus was waiting right at the gate of the terminal before the time indicated on the confirmation voucher for the first tour. City sightseeing was prominently written on the red coloured bus and the staff was quick enough to exchange our booking confirmation vouchers for the tickets. The bus goes on all the highlights of the city and the frequency of the buses is good. The city of Oslo and attractions are quite spread out in area and therefore walking the city could be tiresome and choosing HOHO tours are economic options. Do check the opening and closing times of the places of attraction carefully. For passengers arriving in Oslo on cruise and only have one day, this tour is highly recommended.
This was a good way to get to the main points of interest in Oslo, the audio provided is OK, not great but helpful.
We got on the bus and then realized that two of the speakers were not working - the bus was full so we could not change seats. We told a staff member that the audio was not working, but they did not do anything about it, not even apologize. So, we missed teh commentary for at least the first 8 - 10 stops
The bus(s) were frequent and plenty of them. We were able to get around the city and see all the sites outside the city that would not be accessible with a walking tour. The narration was also clear and informative. We recommend this option for a good overview of the city.
Booked as part of a cruise ship port day. Good option to see the city highlights with the freedom to spend time spent at each location
I have taken a number of hop on hop off tours and realize that I find it difficult to concentrate on the materials offered. People are talking, arriving,. leaving --- and it is all too much of a distraction for me. The concept is great and Oslo is as good as any of the others but it is my ability to block out distractions that is bothersome. I will find another way of seeing cities I visit.
