Nadat u bent opgehaald in het centrum van Sydney, wordt uw kleine groep in een comfortabele touringcar vervoerd naar Palm Beach, de filmlocatie van de populaire Australische tv-serie Home and Away. De echte locatie van het Summer Bay uit de tv-serie is Palm Beach, een mooie en relaxte voorstad aan het strand ten noorden van Sydney.
Volg uw deskundige gids naar beroemde locaties uit Home and Away, zoals de Summer Bay Surf Club, The Pier, Alf's Bait Shop, de vuurtoren en het prachtige strand. Uw gids vertelt inside-informatie, roddels en de kneepjes van het vak op de set!
Als u geluk hebt, komt u op een dag dat er wordt opgenomen en kunt u de crew in actie zien. De cast zal soms voor foto's poseren en handtekeningen uitdelen, misschien krijgt u wel een foto met Brax! Tot de voormalige castleden van Home and Away, dat populair is sinds het debuut in 1987, behoren Heath Ledger en Naomi Watts.
U hebt tijd om rond te wandelen en 'Summer Bay' te bekijken voordat u zuidwaarts naar Manly gaat via een kustroute met adembenemend uitzicht op Whale Beach, Avalon Beach en het uitkijkpunt Bilgola. Onderweg kunt u mogelijk migrerende walvissen zien (in het juiste seizoen). U ziet ook huizen van miljoenen dollars in Manly, een voorstad van Sydney die beroemd geworden is om zijn natuurlijke schoonheid, ontspannen sfeer en het leven aan het strand.
De tour eindigt in Manly waar u kunt blijven om deze bruisende voorstad aan het strand op uw gemak te verkennen. U kunt ook een wandeling maken langs de kust, een fiets of kajak huren of enkele restaurants en bars aan het strand bezoeken. U kunt eenvoudig de veerboot terug naar Circular Quay in Sydney nemen (op eigen kosten).

This tour was fantastic. Tour guides were very informative and made you feel welcome. We were lucky there was filming that day and got to meet and chat to Irene, Leah, Dean and young Bella. Got photos with them too. Also saw Colby but he didn’t stop. Highly recommended for fans of Home and Away.

It was great seeing the actual Palm beach otherwise known as Summer bay. The pier is a coffe and bar and nothing like the actual coffee shop. The only negative thing was it was just after Easter and so didnt see any filming.

A very informative tour with excellent staff. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the programme and kept everyone together. It was nice to be dropped off at Manly beach.

This trip was so much better than expected as we met some of the cast of Home and Away! Pick up in Sydney was straightforward and the weather was perfect for the trip to Palm Beach seeing other stunning beaches on the way. We were told that a film crew would be joining us as they were filming for a special 30th anniversary programme to be shown mid March. It was great fun for us all on the minibus to Sing the Home and Away theme song! Near the beach, Justin and Robbo hopped on board for a quick chat. It was great seeing the bait shop and filming taking place. We were lucky to meet Ray Meagher aka Alf Stewart who was so friendly and took the time to chat to us all and have photos taken with us. Some of the production crew were also on board to give us background information about the programme too. All in all it was a perfect trip and the drop off in Manley with ferry back to Sydney ended a perfect afternoon and early evening.

Tour was ok. Tour guides were very knowledgeable but I wouldn't insist anyone do they tour unless they are a BIG home and away fan.

The icing on the cake for me was they were actually filming and I had my photo taken with Robbo. The disappointment for me was that we didn't get off the coach to take photos of the hoses, may be that could be included next time.

The tour was not what i expected, id suggest getting a bus down and doing what you want to do. Will save you alot of money and will have a better time
