This downloadable interactive guide is the only guided tour along the fascinating Grand Canal. With this app you can independently discover the most inimitable canal in the world. Simply put on your headphones and listen to the fascinating history of Venice recounted by your personal narrator. With the help of an interactive map, your guide will describe the ancient history of Venice, its many hidden secrets and magnificent palaces as you cruise by.

How does it work?

The app contains 8 different languages with descriptions of the most intriguing and charming palaces that adorn the Grand Canal. To use the app you must take public boat line 1, or alternatively, hire a private taxi or Gondola. The audio descriptions will begin automatically on your device as you pass in front of each palace together with a picture displayed on your phone. Your access is valid for one week and can be used anytime, day or night. Plus, the app won’t use up any of your precious data connection as it runs solely on GPS!
